Terms & Conditions

1. is obliged to deliver the ordered service in digital environment. In case of malfunctions that may occur due to a systemic or different situation, a full refund is made if the received amount has not been sent at all, and a refund is made by calculating the cost of the undelivered part if a part of it has been sent.

2. How the customer made the payment, the refund will be made through that channel. For example: if the customer made an online payment with a card, the refund will be made according to the banks' return to card procedures.

3. The information given on the order screen is the responsibility of the customer. Users who cannot receive their service due to incorrect usernames and sharing links cannot be refunded.

 4. If factors such as changing the user name, deleting the share, hiding the account, freezing the account occur during the loading of the order, the return process cannot be made.

5. The accounts specified for sending orders must be public. Orders are canceled and refunds are made for hidden accounts. However, if the account is hidden while the service is being sent, there is no refund.

6. In the followers sent with the lottery, the blocking of the lottery page during the transaction, unfollowing the lottery page, blocking the incoming followers, changing the user name, hiding the account, freezing the account, etc. If all the factors that prevent the shipment are determined, there is absolutely no return situation.

 7. The user can cancel the order before the drawing starts. Unfortunately, after the draw has started, there is no cancellation.

8. Likes, views, interactions, saves, etc. Since the services connected to the system are processed automatically when the order is placed, it is not possible to cancel these orders.

9. Users can unfollow after the draw, if they want, for the followers who came with the lottery. In this case, there is no cancellation, compensation or refund. Bot followers and bot likes can delete Instagram. No guarantee is given in this regard, there is no cancellation/compensation/refund in case of any deletion.

10. Buying Followers, Likes, Views, and Comments not will cause disable your account. You can read Account Disable Policy with related social media providers

Disabled, blocked accounts, posts, reels,s or pages are not the seller`s responsibility, the health of the accounts is the responsibility of the customer. Followers Warehouse is not responsible for your actions and their consequences. We are not to blame if your Instagram account is banned for any reason.
11. This contract is presented to the user's screen before payment. The moment the user ticks the checkbox indicating that he has read and accepted the agreement, he is deemed to have accepted this agreement.

12. Followers Warehouse is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, or any Instagram third-party partners in any way.

13. It is your sole responsibility to comply with Instagram rules and any legislation that you are subject to. You use Followers Warehouse at your own risk.

14. We require your Instagram username to obtain the required information for the Instagram API. We do not store, give away, or otherwise, distribute your username to any third parties.

15. The expected number of followers, likes, and views is not guaranteed to you in any way.

16. We can’t guarantee the services’ continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operability.

17. It is the sole responsibility of the customers to ensure their accounts are set to “public” during their use of the Followers Warehouse service. Any downtime of service in relation to a client changing their profile to “private” will not result in any payment reimbursement for that period of time.

18. You agree that upon purchasing our service, you clearly understand and agree on what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via the payment processor.

19. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the whole or any part of our service or any of its content without notice and without incurring any liability.

20. It is your sole responsibility to check whether the Terms have changed.

21. We can not refill private accounts. If you lost your followers while you keeping your account private you can`t get free top-up afterlost your followers. 


1- Within the first 30 days of their purchase, customers may ask for a full refund if they are unsatisfied with our services.

2- Our customer service representatives, who can be contacted at, will handle refund processing. Free credits or services are not eligible for refunds.

3- Followers Warehouse reserves the right to satisfy customers, and all returns must be handled with care and according to the law.

4- Losses due to account name changes are not compensated and refunds are not possible. Changing accounts is the customer's responsibility.

5- Once your order for one of our digital items has been confirmed and processed, you are not permitted to request a refund. You are not permitted to return our products for a refund once they have been sent and delivered. Please contact our customer service if you have any problems receiving or downloading any of our digital products.

6- If you close your account after we delivered your order, you can't ask for a refund. Because basically, you destroying our service.
